Generally, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance, packaging your device in an anti-static bag inside a padded box, and including only the necessary components (no accessories unless specifically requested). Never include your seed phrase or recovery information with the shipment.
We can provide a preliminary estimate based on your description of the issue, but a final quote requires physical examination of the device. Our standard process includes an initial diagnostic fee of $49, which is applied toward the repair cost if you proceed with our service. After diagnosis, we'll provide a detailed quote for your approval before any repair work begins.
